We will hold Yokohama Blue Carbon Wakame Harvest Event!

　Yokohama City has been working on the "Yokohama Blue Carbon," a project to combat global warming countermeasures project utilizing marine resources. This time, as part of the enlightenment of this project, an event will be held at Umi Farm, an aquarium in Hakkeijima Sea Paradise in Yokohama, where children can experience the harvesting of Wakame.
　Children can experience "sea education" by learning about how seaweed grows and how marine life absorbs greenhouse gases.
　In addition to the venue of Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, the event will be held with the cooperation of the soccer J-League club Yokohama FC.
