City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau is promoting effective use of rainwater regulating ponds for the purpose of effectively utilizing land and revitalizing local communities.
As part of this initiative, we are looking for businesses that utilize the upper space of the Noba housing complex No. 1 Rainwater Reservoir (Noniwa-cho, Konan-ku).
The loan form is a 49-year fixed-term lease agreement for business use, and the company to utilize is selected by open call for participants (two-stage general competitive bidding).
