City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau is working on effective utilization of rainwater regulating ponds for the purpose of effective utilization of land and regional revitalization.
As part of this initiative, we are looking for businesses that utilize the upper space of the housing complex Daiichi Rainwater Reservoir (Noiwa-cho, Konan-ku) in Noba.
The loan form is a 49-year fixed-term leasehold for business use, and the businesses to be used will be selected by open call for participants (two-stage general competitive bidding).
