Yokohama City has been conducting the “Yokohama City Wide Area Share Cycle Project Social Experiment” since June 2022 with the aim of complementing the functions of public transport and promoting the formation of a decarbonized society. Yokohama City and DOCOMO Bike Share Co., Ltd. are collaborating to carry out the business.
On Friday, September 22, 2023 we will open a share cycle port for nine vehicles in Saint Marianna University School of Medicine, Yokohama City Seibu Hospital, Asahi Ward. This is the first initiative to set up a share cycle port at a regional core hospital in the city.
With the opening of a 24-hour share cycle port that can be used to meet the diverse mobility needs of those visiting the Western Hospital and medical professionals in the hospital, it is possible to travel flexibly regardless of time and improve the convenience of access and transportation.
