Yokohama City Traffic Safety Measures Council (Chairman: The Mayor of Yokohama Yamanaka Takeharu) and Yokohama City Traffic Safety Association (Chairman: Satoru Itabashi) and Yokohama City Traffic Safety Association (Chairman: Satoru Itabashi) have contributed to Yokohama City's traffic safety and traffic accident prevention for many years.
On the day, a certificate of commendation will be given to the representative from Deputy Mayor Toshihide Hirahara and Chairman of Satoru Itabashi Yokohama City Road Safety Association.
