1 Social participation and work experience support through workplace training activities

For those who have applied for use (hereinafter referred to as “user”), the individual situation and their wishes.
We secure workplace training destinations and support social participation and work experience through workplace training activities (1-3 days a week).

2 Consultation support regarding employment for users

Interviews with users during and after completing the workplace training period to confirm their support policies.
We will provide consultation on employment. In addition, we provide consultation support to family members as needed.
At the same time, we will cooperate with the ward Health and Welfare Center and other related organizations to provide support for the employment of users.

3. Development of workplace training cooperative offices

We will develop offices that can obtain cooperation in accepting workplace training so that we can provide workplace training destinations that meet the needs of users.
