About conduct of open call for participants type proposal

In Yokohama City, as one of the support projects under the Living Independence Support Act, which came into effect in April 2015, for the living poor who have problems with their households, improvement of household income and expenditure, elimination of delinquencies, debt consolidation, etc. We carry out "Yokohama-shi household finance consultation support project" to perform household management support from 2015.
On conduct of 2016, we raise trust companies by open call for participants type proposal method as follows.

Open call for proposal type
(In the case of identifying a contract candidate for a commissioned business, we will recruit proposers who meet certain conditions by public offering, submit a proposal from a person who is deemed to have a proposal qualification, conduct a review and evaluation. Method of identifying the most suitable contract candidate for fulfillment)

Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

2 Being a person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (Articles, consignment, etc.) in the 2015 / 28.

3 On any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal form to the specific date of the contract candidate, the nomination suspension according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004) such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension No. Not a person.

4. Have a track record of support services related to household management for the poor in the past three years.

5 Household consultation support staff engaged in this work shall be qualified persons such as financial planners and those who are familiar with household management. Supervisors must be qualified as financial planners and have practical experience.

After receiving the proposal from the proposer and conducting a hearing based on the proposal, the evaluation committee will examine and evaluate and decide.

This contract is a matter subject to suspension that each accounting budget of Yokohama City in 2016 will be voted by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2016.
