About conduct of open call for participants type proposal

In Yokohama-shi, Yokohama-shi employment training business to plan promotion of "life poor employment training business" prescribed in Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Living Independence Support Act, the Yokohama City Employment Training Business

From April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019

Open call for proposal type

(In the case of identifying a contract candidate for consignment, we will recruit proposers who meet certain conditions, and implement the implementation system, implementation policy, and technology related to the consignment
After receiving proposals for proposals, etc., interviews were conducted based on the submitted documents in principle, and then examined and evaluated the proposals.
A method of identifying the most suitable candidate for the fulfillment of the outsourcing)

A person who satisfies all of the following conditions.

1 Not being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (Yokohama City Regulations No. 59, March 1964) and prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article
Being a qualified person.

2 Being a person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to articles, consignment, etc.) in 2017 and 30.

3 Have a track record of providing employment support or coordinating employment support for poor living or social security recipients.

4 The coordinator engaged in this work must have experience in providing employment support or coordinating work experience.
Precautions
This agreement is based on the assumption that each accounting budget for Yokohama City in 2018 will be voted on by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2018.
It's a matter of course.
