In Yokohama, we provide practical training activities for social security recipients and those in need of living, who have difficulty finding a job immediately.
In addition, we are implementing a work preparation support project to support social participation and work experience.
On conduct from 2018, we raise trust companies by open call for participants type proposal method as follows.

From April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019

Open call for proposal type
(In the case of identifying a contract candidate for consignment, we will recruit proposers who meet certain conditions, and implement the implementation system, implementation policy, and skills related to the outsourcing.
After receiving proposals for technical proposals, etc., interviews were conducted based on the submitted documents in principle, and then examine the proposal content.
A method of evaluating the most suitable candidate for the fulfillment of the outsourcing)

A person who satisfies all of the following conditions.

1 Not being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (Yokohama City Regulations No. 59, March 1964) and prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article
Being a qualified person.

2. There must be registration of event "other consignment" in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, consignment, etc.) in 2017 and 30.

3. In Motoichi or other cities, there must be a track record of work experience training and providing a place for social experience, etc. in the past three years.

4 The coordinator engaged in this work must be a person with experience in consultation support work.

This agreement is based on the assumption that each accounting budget for Yokohama City in 2018 will be voted on by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2018.
It's a matter of course.
