Open call for proposal type
(In the case of identifying a contract candidate for a commissioned business, we will recruit proposers who meet certain conditions by public offering, submit a proposal from a person who is deemed to have a proposal qualification, conduct a review and evaluation. Method of identifying the most suitable contract candidate for fulfillment)
Qualifications of proposal participating companies (application qualification requirements)
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Applicants must apply for registration in the first place in the "market / opinion poll" of various survey plans in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in the ranking first place.
- Management of surveys and analysis of facilities at the simple lodging facilities shall be performed by a person qualified as a first-class architect.
Determination method of contracting company
After receiving the proposal from the proposer and conducting a hearing based on the proposal, the evaluation committee will examine and evaluate and decide.
