(In the case of identifying a contract candidate for a commissioned business, we will recruit proposers who meet certain conditions by public offering, submit a proposal from a person who is deemed to have a proposal qualification, conduct a review and evaluation. Method of identifying the most suitable contract candidate for fulfillment)

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person listed in the 2016 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participation Qualified Person List (related to articles, consignment, etc.).
3. Nomination suspension according to the provisions of the Measures Summary (April 1, 2004) such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, on any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate. Person.
4. Have similar or similar business content and track record in the past three years.
5. One of the general manager or relocation support staff engaged in this project shall be a homebuilder. In addition, one of the life support staff must be qualified as a social worker or a social welfare manager, and has experienced consultation work at a social welfare facility or welfare office for at least three years.

After receiving the proposal from the proposer and conducting a hearing based on the proposal, the evaluation committee will examine and evaluate and decide.
