We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.

３．Implementation method
　　At the time of hearing, the proposal shall be used, and explanations shall be given verbally or paper materials.
Changes or additions of materials are not allowed.
４．Equipment, etc.
　　You can bring your laptop with you. Projectors are not allowed.
５．Attendee
　　3 or less ※Please keep it to the minimum necessary.

1. Notification of Proposal Qualification Confirmation Results
　　We issue "proposal qualification confirmation result letter of advice (second style)" to all companies which submitted "participation intention application form (first style)".
　　For those who meet the proposal qualifications, we will also issue a “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form (No. 6 Style)”.

２．Request for submission
　　Those who have been approved for proposal qualifications should prepare in the prescribed format, etc., based on [Attachment 1] "Submission of Proposals".
