Those who are eligible for application shall meet all of the following requirements:
- At the time of submitting the “Application Form for Participation Intention (No. 1 Style)”, it will be listed on the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List for Reiwa 5.6, and business events such as "advertisement", "event planning and operation" or Those who have registered "Other commissions".
- In the past five years (from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2025), there must be a track record of advertising planning and posting.
- Suspension according to the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (established on April 1, 2004)" between submitting the "Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)" and identifying the contract candidate Person who has not received measures.
- A person who can perform the work until the end of the performance period.
- Those who have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
- Person who does not have a relationship with gangsters prescribed in Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations Article 2.
- Persons who do not fall under Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
- A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004).
- A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings) (Excluding those who have been decided and whose city has recognized that there is no risk of falling into unperformance.)
- Those who are not primarily engaged in religious or political activities.

1. Notification of Proposal Qualification Confirmation Results
All businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)” will be notified by e-mail of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice (No. 2 Style)”.

・A person who has been notified that he / she has not been granted a proposal may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document is calculated from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice, and by 17:00, 5 days after excluding holidays stipulated by the Act on Holidays of Administrative Organizations, "Application Form for Participation (No. 1 style)" Submit to the submission destination. Motoichi will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within five days, excluding holidays stipulated by the Act on Holidays of Administrative Organs, starting from the day following the date on which the above document was received.
