1.In the 5th and 6th Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), the business type "316: Computer Business", the details "A: Software Development / Renovation", "B: System Operation / Monitoring", "C: Hardware maintenance" must be registered.
2.In the last three years including this fiscal year, the government or local government (designated city, core city, or prefecture unit) or private companies with more than 200,000 customer data must have a series of operations from data collection to analysis, or have a track record of supporting such operations.
3.Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request

Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
