・A person who has been notified that he / she has not been granted a proposal may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document is calculated from the day following the day on which the city issued the notification, and by 17:00, 5 days after excluding holidays stipulated by the Act on Holidays of Administrative Organizations, "Application Form for Participation (No. 1 style)" Submit to the submission destination.
