Composition of Approposal Participants (hereinafter referred to as “participants”)
(a) Participants shall be a single corporation or a joint venture consisting of multiple corporations and organizations.
In addition, when applying for a joint venture, the representative corporation and other joint corporations / organizations will be determined, and the representative corporation will perform the participation procedure.
(b) The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
(c) You can't be a member of multiple consortiums.
(e) After submitting the application form for participation, the members of the joint venture cannot be changed or added in principle.
(A) Requirements for participants
Those who qualify for participation are those who meet all of the following requirements (a) to (c).
In addition, in the case of joint proposals by multiple businesses, it is acceptable if one or more members meet all of the following requirements (a) to (c) is included.
(a) In Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles, consignment, etc.), "location classification" must be registered as "city" and scale division is registered in "small and medium enterprises".
(b) In the list of (a), "323: Advertisement" must be registered in the "Registered Event".
(c) Have a track record of public relations promotion for events that have attracted more than 100,000 visitors in the past 5 years.
C. Restrictions on Participants
Anyone who falls under any of the following cannot be a participant. In the case of a joint venture, it cannot be included in the constituent organization.
(a) Delinquent taxes such as corporate tax, corporate municipal tax, consumption tax, and local consumption tax.
(b) Rehabilitation and rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act and the Civil Rehabilitation Act.
(c) Gangsters (refer to gangs prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (1991 Law No. 77)) or gangster management controlling corporations (Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51) Refers to gang management control corporations prescribed in Article 2, Item 5.)
(e) Recommendation Recommendation from the the Labor Standards Inspection Office within two years (if any, if so, the Company has not reported to the Labor Standards Inspection Office about the implementation of necessary measures).

- If you are unable to participate in the presentation or interview, you will be disqualified.
- For each proposer, the presentation time will be 10 minutes and a question-and-answer session will be 20 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes. In addition, presentation should be carried out using only proposals (paper medium). (Details will be announced separately.)

We will confirm the eligibility of the applicant, and we will send you a notification of eligibility confirmation by e-mail regardless of eligibility. If you are able to confirm that you are eligible for participation, you will be notified of your registration number and a proposal-related document submission request form.

Applicants who have been notified that their proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request written in writing to explain why the proposal was not confirmed. Please note that the document will be counted from the day following the day on which the Creative Light Yokohama Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive Committee”) sent out the notice, and will be submitted by 4:00 pm, 5 days after excluding Saturdays and holidays. Please submit to the submission address.
The Executive Committee will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding Saturdays and holidays, starting from the day following the date of receipt of the above document.

Preparation of proposals
(1) Regarding the proposal, please fill in the proposal for the following items in the prescribed form (Forms 4 to 8).

C. Business Implementation System (Form 6)
D. Business Performance (Form 7)
(E) Business Implementation Policy (Form 8)
(2) The size of the paper must be A4 size vertical. However, for Form 8, A4 size horizontal is also acceptable.
(3) Please pay attention to the following points when preparing the proposal.
Oh, for fair evaluation, evaluation committee lowers proposal company name and performs evaluation. For Form 8, do not list "proposal company name" and "expression that can estimate the name of the proposed company".
B. The proposal should be briefly described in a concise manner.
(C) Image diagrams, illustrations, etc. can be used to complement documents.
D) Characters should be at least 10 points in principle, except for notes.
E Multicolor printing is acceptable, but please consider the ease of viewing.
F. Please prepare according to the notes described in each form. In addition, please be within the number of sheets described in the notes of each style.
