Those who can participate in this bid shall be those who meet all of the following requirements.
(1) In the Reiwa 5th and 6th year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), the registration order of "320: Various survey plans" is the first place, and the detailed "A: Market / Public Opinion Survey" There must be registration.
(2) The required number of survey monitors must be secured in the survey area.
(3) Have a track record of similar work within the past five years.
(4) Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(5) A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those who have received a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act and a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act).
