Composition of Approposal Participants (hereinafter referred to as “participants”)
(a) Participants shall be a single corporation or a joint venture consisting of multiple corporations and organizations.
In addition, when applying for a joint venture, the representative corporation and other joint corporations / organizations will be determined, and the representative corporation will perform the participation procedure.
(b) The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
(c) You can't be a member of multiple consortiums.
(e) After submitting the application form for participation, the members of the joint venture cannot be changed or added in principle.
(A) Requirements for participants
Have a track record of "planning, production, operation, etc. related to outdoor illuminations and light production events" in the past five years.
(In the case of a consortium, the results should be covered by the constituent organizations.)
C. Restrictions on Participants
Anyone who falls under any of the following cannot be a participant. In the case of a joint venture, it cannot be included in the constituent organization.
(a) Delinquent taxes such as corporate tax, corporate municipal tax, consumption tax, and local consumption tax.
(b) Rehabilitation and rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act and the Civil Rehabilitation Act.
(c) Gangsters (refer to gangs prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (1991 Law No. 77)) or gangster management controlling corporations (Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51) Refers to gang management control corporations prescribed in Article 2, Item 5.)
(e) Recommendation Recommendation from the the Labor Standards Inspection Office within two years (if any, if so, the Company has not reported to the Labor Standards Inspection Office about the implementation of necessary measures).

There must be no more than three people, including event director and creative director.
(4) Others
- Details such as the venue and meeting time will be announced separately.
- If you are unable to participate in the presentation or interview, you will be disqualified.
- For each proposer, the presentation time will be 10 minutes and a question-and-answer session will be 20 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes. In addition, presentation should be carried out using only proposals (paper medium). (Details will be announced separately.)

(a) 11 copies of paper media
(b) Submit one set of data in DVD-R.
(If you created in the proposal style, please submit the Word file converted to PDF in case of format deviations, etc., together with the Word file.)
B. One copy of each document about participants
(a) Copy of materials describing the purpose of establishment and management policy, such as articles of incorporation, donation acts, and bylaws
(b) Pamphlets and other documents that show the participants' business outline and results (optional)
※Please submit the representative corporation and all joint corporations and organizations.
About documents related to "work-life balance, employment of persons with disabilities and health management" of the proposal evaluation standard, please submit a copy of the related documents only if applicable.
