The conditions for participation satisfy either (1) or (2) and do not meet the restrictions of (3).
(１) 　Eligibility for application, etc. in the case of a single business operator
　　 　Eligible applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

　　(G) A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004).
　　Claims for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999).
　　　A person who has filed a petition for rehabilitation proceedings (a person who has made a decision to commence rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings, and is likely to fall into immorality;　　
　　　Excludes those who have been approved by the Yokohama Triennale Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Committee”).
　　Those who do not have the primary purpose of religious activities or political activities.
(２)　Application qualifications, etc. in the case of joint proposal
　　　In the case of joint proposals by multiple businesses, the person shall meet all of the following requirements.

　　(E) All joint proposers shall fall under all of the preceding paragraph (c) to Ke.
　　F. After submitting the “Application Form for Participation (Form 1-2)” and “Application Form for Participation (Form 1-2)” and “Application Form for Participation (Form 1-2 Attachment)”, submit it to the secretary or co-proposer.

(３)　Restrictions on Application Those who fall under any of the following items cannot participate as an application or co-proposer. In addition, applicants are as follows.

　　　There must be no more than two persons, including those who will actually be in charge of this work if they are contracted.

◆Notification of proposal qualification confirmation result
・　We will confirm the applicant's proposal qualification, and send a “Notification of Participation Eligibility Confirmation Results (Form 5)” by e-mail regardless of eligibility.
　If it is confirmed that you are eligible for the proposal, you will also send a “Proposal-related Documents Submission Request Form (Form 6)” by e-mail.
　It will be attached.
・　If you have confirmed the receipt of the data by e-mail, be sure to reply to that effect.
・　Applicants who have been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed should seek written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not confirmed.
　You can do it. Note that the documents are counted from the day following the date on which the Organizing Committee sends out the notice, and the application form for participation by 17:00 five days after excluding weekends and holidays.
　Please submit it to the submission address. The Organizing Committee shall start from the day following the date of receipt of the document, and shall be requested to explain within five days excluding weekends and holidays.
