From October 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022, acceptance of bid participation qualification application (application at any time) for Reiwa 3 and 4 has been suspended.

Those who are going to be listed on the list of qualified general competition qualifications in Reiwa 3.4 and submit an application form for participation are required.
The registration must be completed before the date on which the candidate is identified.
Please complete the application by November 15 after reopening the application for the Reiwa 3/4 bid participation qualification screening (application at any time).
In addition, please submit Form 1-3 after stating that you will apply by November 15.
