Yokohama City New City Hall Management Plan

 Organize matters related to the management and operation of the new city hall that will be put into service in 2020, and formulate the "Yokohama City New City Hall Management Plan" showing the conditions and directions that will be the prerequisites for future examinations (first edition: June 2017, second edition: October 2018).
 In the future, based on this management plan, we will proceed with specific examinations of economic and efficient management and operation of the new city hall.

Positioning of "Yokohama City New City Government Building Management Plan"

 In response to the "Yokohama City New City Hall Management Basic Policy" formulated in 2015, we summarize the matters examined by projects in the agency in 2016 and organized the specific management and operation of the new city hall It shows the conditions and directions that will be the prerequisites for future studies.
 We assume basics of management, administration that facility manager and commercial facility management company perform and assume rule when the staff uses new city hall.
