Yokohama City Government Building Management Plan

 We arranged matter about management, administration of new city hall to start service in 2020 and devised "Yokohama-shi new city hall management plan" which showed condition and direction becoming premise of future examination (first edition: June, 2017, the second edition: October, 2018).
 In the future, based on this management plan, we will proceed with concrete examination of economic and efficient management and operation of the new city hall.

Position of "Yokohama City New City Government Building Management Plan"

 In response to the "Yokohama City New City Hall Management Basic Policy" formulated in 2015, we summarize the matters that have been examined by projects in the agency in 2016 and organize specific management and operation of the new city hall. It shows the conditions and directions that are prerequisites for future studies.
 We assume basics of management, administration that facility manager and commercial facility administration company perform and assume rule when the staff uses new city hall.
