A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. In the Reiwa 3/4 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment, etc.), the details of "316: Computer Business" Being a person who has been registered for "B: Consulting (excluding construction consultants, etc.)" Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above events and details are being submitted at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and registration is completed before the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the Guidelines for Measures such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, on any day between July 1, 2022 and the specific date of the contract candidate.
4. The Company has a track record of conducting commissioned work such as the development, maintenance, operation support, project management, and procurement support, etc. for any of the 20 tasks (*) that were positioned as subject to standardization in the “Priority Plan for Realizing a Digital Society” (Cabinet decision on December 24, 2021).

5. A person who has not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
6. A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those whose decision has been made by Yokohama City as having no risk of falling into immorable).
