In Yokohama City, we have formulated the "Basic Guidelines for Collaboration Promotion" with the aim of creating a collaborative city where citizens' motivation, ideas, and execution can be utilized.

The basic guidelines for promoting collaboration are based on the "Yokohama Code" as a basic philosophy, and to promote measures and businesses in Yokohama City from the viewpoint of collaboration, it will be a common base between citizens and the government. Was formulated in July 2004 as a loose rule. Eight years have passed since then, and during this time, various social situations have changed, and a number of collaborative measures have been implemented, related ordinances and citizen activity bases have been developed, deepening local bonds, and collaborating.
