・In the case of mail, the submission deadline must arrive. If the submission deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the reason of the delivery company, it will be accepted by proof.
・If you send it by a method that does not leave a delivery record, the city will not be liable for any disadvantages caused by non-delivery.
