Contract Results and Evaluation Criteria (PDF: 280KB)

The requirements for participation in this proposal are as follows. (All of the following (1) to (3) must be satisfied.)
(1)Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification Person who is applying for registration in business type "other consignment" or "consignment of office work, duties" or submitting an application form for participation, Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification Person who is applying for registration in the list (related to goods, consignment, etc.) and whose registration has been completed by the date to determine the trustee.
(2)It does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(3)During the period from the deadline for submission of the application form to the contract date, the Yokohama City General Competition Stop and Nomination Suspension of Nomination (April 1, 2004) must not be taken.

A hearing will be conducted on the contents of the proposal.

(3)Attendees: There must be no more than two persons, including the Chief Operating Officer or Chief Lecturer.

１．Application form for participation (Please prepare an application form for each training course.)
（１） Companies with intention to participate in proposal, please submit open call for participants type proposal participation intention proposal book [style 1] PDF (PDF: 113KB) / Word (word: 41KB).
（２） Confirm that you are applying for registration in the business type "other consignment, etc." or "consignment of office work / work" in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) Please submit "copy of application acceptance contents and bid participation qualification examination application" (reprint from qualification examination application system is possible.) Please give me.
２．Proposals (Please prepare a proposal for each training course.)
（１） About proposals, please submit each designated style PDF (PDF: 290KB) / Word (word: 59KB).
（２） Number of copies to be submitted: 2 copies (1st copy, 1 copy for copy)
（３） Submission method: Mailed by mail or registered mail
（４） Others: Please refer to the proposal preparation guidelines PDF (PDF: 248KB) when creating a proposal.

（1） Submission deadline: Until 17:00 on Thursday, December 10, 2020 (must arrive)
（2） Submission method: Either bring, mail by registered mail, facsimile, or e-mail (please confirm incoming calls by telephone except bringing and mailing).

（3） By 17:00 on Monday, December 14, 2020, we will notify all businesses that have sent the proposal-related documents submission request by facsimile etc.

We notify by facsimile etc. by Friday, December 4, 2020. (To proposers who have qualifications to participate, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request [Form 6] and an intention application form [Form 8] pertaining to the disclosure of the proposal.)

This project is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2021 to be voted in Yokohama City Council. If the budget for FY2021 is not voted on, the contract will not be concluded.
