Participation qualification requirements in this proposal are as follows. (we need that we meet item of all next (1) - (3))

We notify by facsimiles by Friday, December 4, 2020. (we put together and send proposal dossier submission written request [style 6] and intention monkey person from proposal book [style 8] to be concerned with disclosure to proposer having participation qualification.)

This business assumes that budget of 2021 is voted for in the Yokohama City Council condition precedent. When decision of budget of 2021 is not accomplished, contract is not established.

It is the same as ordering department in charge
