In 1 "Reiwa original, 2nd year Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles, consignment)" must be registered as follows
（１） Registered “Various Survey Planning” and “A. Market / Public Opinion Survey” in the first place.
（２） The location division must be registered in "city" or "quasi-city".
（３） The size of the company corresponds to "small and medium-sized enterprises" or "large enterprise".
2 Those who have been entrusted with similar economic analysis surveys on economic trends of local companies in the past
3 Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16)
4 Persons who have not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension (April 1, 2004) from the date of the deadline for submission of the application form to the date on which the trustee is determined.

2 Notification method
　　After receiving the “Application Form for Designated Competitive Bidding Participation Intention Application Form” and “Consignment Business CV”, check the eligibility for bid participation, and then confirm the bid participation qualification.
　 We send "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" or "public recruitment type nomination competition non-bid nomination letter of advice" by ordinary mail.

1 Precautions
　　This project is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2021 to be voted in Yokohama City Council.
　　If the budget for FY2021 is not voted on, the contract will not be concluded.
