Eligibility requirements in this proposal are those who meet all of the following items:

[Notice Concerning Participation]
Among those who have submitted the application for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
1 Notification date
You will be notified by e-mail by Friday, February 5, 2021.
2 Others
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi responds in writing to person who requested explanation within five days excluding city hall closing day from the day following the day when the above document was received.
