　Those who are eligible to participate shall meet the conditions described in "3 Participation Conditions" of the proposal preparation procedure pertaining to the "New Theater Basic Plan Examination Business Outsourcing".

• Initially, we were planning to conduct interviews on the content of the proposal, but we will not conduct hearings in response to the declaration of a state of emergency based on the revised Act on Special Measures against Pandemic Influenza issued on April 7, 2020.

Documents to be submitted at the time of the statement of participation in this proposal (see “4 Procedures for Participation” in the proposal preparation procedure)

• Application Form (Form 1): 1st copy
• Confirmation of eligibility for participation (Attachment 1, Appendix 2 for consortiums): 1st copy
• Copy of contract work resume (Attachment 3) and contract, etc. 1st copy
• Reply envelope of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification letter: 1 sheet (* Please use a fixed-sized envelope, specify the address of the mailing address of the notice, and attach a stamp for 84 yen.)

・If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.
・In the case of mailing, please be sure to contact the submission address after shipping.
・In the case of bringing, it will be accepted from 9:00 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays at the theater planning section of the Policy Bureau Arts Creation Division, Yokohama City.

※On April 10, 2020, in order to respond to temporary suspension of operations to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, the following method was added to the submission method for participation in the open call for proposals related to this project.

4. Answer Sending date and method Send by e-mail by Friday, May 15, 2020.

• We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2) regardless of qualification. In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6).
• Notification will be made by Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau art creation headquarters room theater plan section by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
