　Those who are eligible to participate are described in “5. Content of Proposals (5) and (6)” of the proposal preparation guidelines for “Consignment of Public Relations and Motivation for the 2020 International Horticultural Exposition”. A person who satisfies all the conditions.

• Attendees: There should be no more than three persons, including the general manager and the person in charge.

• If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.

3. Submission method Bring, mail or e-mail

• Please check your arrival if you do not bring your own.
• If you bring or mail it, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.

4. Answer Sending date and method Send by e-mail by Friday, March 6, 2020.

• We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) regardless of qualification. In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 5).
• Notification will be made by Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau international horticulture exposition invitation promotion section by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
