Those who are eligible to participate shall meet the conditions described in "3 Participation Conditions" of the proposal preparation procedure pertaining to "consignment of investigation work for new theater management and operation".

• Initially, hearings were scheduled to be conducted on the contents of the proposal, but in response to the declaration of emergency based on the Act on Special Measures against Pandemic Influenza issued on April 7, 2020, we will not conduct interviews.

• A copy of the commissioned business resume (Attachment 1) and a copy of the contract

• If the application deadline has passed, it will not be accepted. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.

• We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2) regardless of qualification. In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6).
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau art creation headquarters room theater plan section by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
