　Anyone who wishes to participate in a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for participation:
(1) At the time of submitting the application form, the business type "consignment of office work and duties" of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles / Consignment) of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles / Consignment) for FY2019 and FY2.
(2) Those who are registered as "location classification" is "city", "quasi-city", or "outside the city", and the scale classification is "small and medium enterprises", "large enterprises" or "others".
(3) Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4) Those who have not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines, such as suspension of participation in Yokohama City General Competition and Nomination Suspension from the date of submission of the application form to the date on which the contract candidate is determined.
(5) Those who have a track record of management-related training for corporate managers since April 2017.

Location: Policy Bureau Conference Room (1-1 Minatomachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Yokohama, 2nd floor of Yokohama City Hall)
Attendees: There must be no more than two persons, including the Chief Executive Officer.
Time schedule: 15 minutes of presentation, question and answer 15 minutes, total of 30 minutes (planned)

Questions and answers will be notified by e-mail to all proposal submission requesters.
If you do not have any questions, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

　Proposal qualification confirmation results are scheduled to be shipped on Friday, February 14, 2020.
　Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor. In addition, we will send a proposal-related material submission request form to those who have been qualified for proposal.
　Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
　Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
