　Those who have qualifications to participate shall be those who meet the conditions described in "3 Conditions for Participation" in the proposal preparation guidelines pertaining to the "International Horticultural Exposition Basic Plan (City Plan) Investigation and Examination Business Consignment".

　※This is the same project as the “International Horticultural Exposition Basic Plan (City Plan)” published in “Design and Surveying Business”.

• Initially, hearings were scheduled to be conducted on the contents of the proposal, but in response to the declaration of emergency based on the Act on Special Measures against Pandemic Influenza issued on April 7, 2020, we will not conduct interviews.

• Reply envelope of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification letter: 1 sheet (* Please use a fixed-sized envelope, specify the address of the mailing address of the notice, and attach a stamp for 84 yen.)

• If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.
• In the case of mailing, please be sure to contact the submission address after shipping.
• If you bring your own, it will be accepted at the Policy Bureau International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Division from 9 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm on weekdays.

3. How to submit E-mail

• Please confirm the incoming call by phone.

4. Answer Sending date and method We send by e-mail around Friday, April 3, 2020.

• We will confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) regardless of qualification. In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 5).
• Notification will be made by Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Yokohama-shi Policy Bureau international horticulture exposition invitation promotion section by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
• When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
