（2） After April 2017, both a and b of the following business results.
　A. Have a track record of operating a workshop or panel discussion on the theme of culture and arts
　B. Have a track record of delivering live videos using Internet media such as YouTube.
In addition, it will be possible to make a bid by a consortium. In the case of bidding by a consortium, those that meet all of the following conditions (3) to (7)
（3） All members must be listed in the Reiwa Moto / 2 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
（4） Members shall be composed of all of (1) and (2). It is not necessary for one person to meet all of the conditions.
（5） Be sure to determine the secretary and submit an application form for participation, stamped with the secretary's representative company seal. In that case, the seal of the secretary shall be the same as the one used at the time of the contract. In addition, the name of the representative of the co-proposer other than the secretary, and submit a “participation intention application form (joint bidding)” with the name of the representative.
（6） Submit a “Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney (for bid participation)”
（7） One person is a member of multiple consortiums and cannot apply. In addition, a person who bids as a consortium cannot bid alone.
