Those that do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
From the date of the deadline for submitting the application form to the date of deciding the trustee, those that have not been subject to suspension measures according to the provisions of the Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension (April 1, 2019) thing.
