Eligibility requirements in this proposal are those who meet all of the following items:

1 On the submission date of the proposal participation application form, it must be listed in the “Articles and Consignment Related (Reiwa Moto, List of Qualified Persons in 2nd Year)” and register business types as follows. Or, the qualification examination is currently undergoing qualification screening at the time of submission of the bid participation application form, and registration has been completed by the date to determine the trustee. Register “Various Survey Planning” must be registered in the first place, and the details of the business type in B “Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)” as a business category.
2 Have a track record of supporting industry-academia collaboration projects in the health and medical field (*) and consulting for practical application of research results, etc.
Person who does not receive suspension measures by rule of "measure summary (April 1, 2004)" from presentation deadline of 3 proposal participation intention application form to specific day of trustee .
4 Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).

You will be notified by e-mail by Friday, January 17, 2020.
2 Others
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi responds in writing to person who requested explanation within five days excluding city hall closing day from the day following the day when the above document was received.
