A person who satisfies all of the following items.
(1) Business type of Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles / consignment) of Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles / consignment) of Reiwa Moto / 2nd year 2nd year. Those who have been registered as "consignment, etc."
(2)Person whose "location classification" is "city", "quasi-city" or "outside the city", and the scale classification is "small and medium enterprises" or "large enterprise".
(3)Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4)Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Summary (April 1, 2004) such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension from the date of submission deadline of the application form to the date of determining the trustee.
