A person who satisfies all of the following items:
(1) Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive B Competitive B Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment) Business Event "Various Survey Planning", Detailed "B Consulting (excluding construction consulting)" or business event "Other Consignment etc. ".
(2)A person whose "location classification" is "city", "quasi-city" or "outside the city", and whose scale classification is "small and medium-sized enterprises" or "large enterprises".
(3)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4)A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004) from the date of submission of the participation intention application form to the date of determining the trustee.
