（２） Location classification is "city" or "quasi-city", and scale division is registered as "small and medium enterprises" or "large enterprise". - A person who owns inter-company transaction data of companies located in the city and other cities, and has a track record of conducting surveys to analyze and consider the supply chain of companies based on the data
- Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order
- Being a person who has not received a suspension measure according to the provisions of the Measures Summary, such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, from the date of submission deadline of the application form to the date of deciding the trustee.
