The requirements for participation in this proposal are as follows. (It is necessary to satisfy all of the following items (1) to (3))
(1)At the time of registration or submission of an application form for participation in the business type "Other consignment, etc." or "Consignment of office work and duties" in the Reiwamoto / 2nd year Motoichi qualified person list, Yokohama City general competitive bidding A person who is applying for registration in the list (related to goods, consignment, etc.) and has been completed by the date of determining the trustee.
(2)It does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
(3)During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the contract date, the suspension of Yokohama City General Competition Participation and nomination suspension have not been received under the provisions of the Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004).

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.
(1)Date and time of implementation: Thursday, January 16, 2020 [planned]
(2)Implementation site: Yokohama-shi Economic Affairs Bureau

(3)Attendees: There must be no more than two persons, including the general manager or chief lecturer.
(4)Other: Details such as time will be announced separately.

（２） Confirm that you are applying for registration in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (related to goods / consignment, etc.) in the business type "Other consignment" or "Consignment of office work / business" As a thing, please submit "copy of application acceptance contents and bid participation qualification examination application" of bid participation qualification examination application (for Reiwa original, 2nd year regular application) (reprint from qualification examination application) Please submit.
２．Proposal (Please prepare a proposal for each training course)

We will notify you by facsimile by Thursday, December 5, 2019. (For proposers who have qualifications to participate, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form [Form 6] and an intention application form [Form 8] pertaining to disclosure of the proposal.)

This project is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2020 in Yokohama City Council. If the budget for 2020 is not voted on, the contract will not be concluded.
