A person who satisfies all of the following items.
(1) On the date of submission of the proposal participation application form, it must be registered in the “Articles and Consignment Related (Reiwa Moto, List of Qualified Persons in 2nd Year)” and registered business types etc. are registered as follows, or application for participation At the time of submission of the form, qualification screening is currently underway, and registration has been completed by the date on which the trustee is determined.
　A. Business events include “320 Various Survey Planning” (ranked 1st place), Details: Being a person registered in "A Market / Public Opinion Poll" and "B Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)".
　Being a person who has registered the location classification in one of "city", "quasi-city", "outside the city", and the scale is one of "small and medium-sized enterprises", "large enterprises" and "others".
(2) Those who have not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension (established on April 1, 2004) from the date of the submission deadline for the application form to the date on which the trustee is determined.
(3) Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4) The results of surveys on-site needs in the healthcare business creation field and the results of consulting services such as business construction support and business strategy formulation support in the same field after FY2015.
