Regarding the utilization of public assets in Yokohama City, at the stage of business examination, we will grasp the ideas and marketability of private businesses through dialogue through open call for participants. In addition, we will grasp the setting of open recruitment conditions that are easy to enter, and promote excellent proposals by communicating local issues and considerations in advance.

Active use and appropriate operation of the PFI system within the agency in order to improve citizen services and reduce total costs by utilizing private funds and know-how in designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining public facilities We are promoting.

We are promoting the introduction of a designated manager system that can entrust the management and operation of "public facilities" such as sports facilities and cultural facilities to various organizations such as private companies and NPOs. We plan improvement of citizen service using private know-how and saving of expense while supporting each ward bureau.
