Introduction of the reception and departure window (Park-PPP Yokohama) regarding park utilization

Based on the "Basic Policy on Public-Private Partnership in Parks" (established in September 2019), parks in cooperation with co-creation front (all government offices for public-private partnerships) to promote utilization in individual parks by public-private partnerships.
