You must meet all of the following requirements at the same time.

1. There must be a business establishment in Yokohama City.
2. The borrowing balance from the designated financial institution to the total borrowing balance from the target financial institution must be 10% or more.
3. The borrowing balance from the designated financial institution (from the 1st of the month before the application month to the day before the application month) has decreased by more than 10% compared to the previous year.
4. The total borrowing balance from the target financial institution (from the 1st of the month before the application month to the day before the application month) has decreased compared to the same period of the previous year.

※The target financial institutions are the following financial institutions.

• All banks, credit unions, credit unions, and credit unions
• Insurance companies
• Japan Finance Corporation
• Shoko Chukin Bank
• Agricultural Cooperative
• Fishery Cooperative

※Loans refer to bill borrowing, certificate borrowing, and overdraft, and does not apply to discounted bills or corporate bonds.

1. Documents (copies are acceptable) that can confirm the actual business conditions in Yokohama City and the borrowing status at the time of the latest declaration

   • Corporate
     • Certificate of all history items　※The latest version within three months of issuance
     • The latest set of income tax returns
   • Sole proprietorship
     • The latest blue tax return financial statements or a set of income tax final income tax return (those that indicate that the tax office has accepted the receipt, e-mail details (in the case of electronic filing), etc.)

※The tax return contains all of the cover, balance sheet, income statement, statement of income, breakdown of borrowings and interest payable, or statement of accounts.

2. Certificate of balance (For all eligible borrowers, both the most recent and the previous year are required. Copy is acceptable)
   • If you pay off during the increase / decrease comparison period, you will need a zero balance certificate and a notice of payment.
   • It is necessary to unify the [current date] of the balance certificate on either day from the 1st of the previous month of the application month to the day before the application date for both the latest and the previous year.

It is recommended that you apply for a financial institution. Please ask the financial institution that provides consultation on loans.

• Please make a reservation in advance from the window reservation application form, and tell us your "name (or company name)" at the reception.
  ※We do not accept reservations on the day. In addition, if you arrive at the counter more than 15 minutes after the reservation time, we will not be able to accept it.
