Certification requirements
You must meet all of the following requirements at the same time.
- There must be a business establishment in Yokohama City.
- Have receivables of 500,000 yen or more to designated businesses in the bankrupt country announced in the official gazette. Or, even if the receivables are less than 500,000 yen, the transaction amount with the designated business operator must be 20% or more of the sales.
※Trade receivables include receivables not only for the sale of goods but also for the provision of services.

Documents that can confirm the actual status of business in Yokohama City (copying is acceptable)
- Corporate: Certificate of all history items ※Up-to-date items within three months of issuance
- Sole proprietor: Page 1 of the latest blue tax return financial statements or Table 1 of income tax return B (those that indicate that the tax has been accepted by the tax office based on receipt, e-mail details (in the case of electronic filing), etc.)
※If the above documents cannot confirm the actual business situation in the city, lease agreement etc. will also be required.
- Related notification documents from courts, lawyers, etc. (Copy is acceptable)
※In the decision notice from the court, etc., a document stating the name of the bankruptcy company, the size of the debt, and the name of the procedure (there are "decision of bankruptcy" and "start of rehabilitation procedure") has been issued. - Materials that can confirm receivables arising from direct transactions with designated businesses
- If there is a draft transaction: Copy of notes (both sides are required)
- If there are no bills: Copy of accounts receivable ledger, customer's ledger, delivery note, invoice, and documents confirming payment status (if there is a notice from the designated company that identifies the amount of debt, bring the notice)
※If the receivables are less than 500,000 yen, we may ask you to submit additional materials to confirm the period transaction amount with the designated business operator.

Application method
We recommend that you apply for a proxy by a financial institution. Please ask the financial institution that provides consultation on loans.
Window application (reservation required)
- Please make a reservation in advance from the window reservation application form, and tell us the "name (or company name)" of the reservation at the reception.
※We do not accept applications on the day. In addition, if you arrive at the counter after 15 minutes of reservation time, we will not be able to accept it. - In the case of an application for collective agency by a financial institutionList of agency applications (Excel: 70KB)(2 copies) Please bring it with you.
