Notice

・The designated period of Safety Net Guarantee No. 4 concerning COVID-19 infection has been extended until June 30, 2024. The use of funds is still limited to refinancing (additional funds can be added to the refinancing funds). For details, please see the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency website (outside site).

・Safety Net Guarantee No. 4 pertaining to the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake has been designated (notified on January 12). Accreditation requirements

Please check the website of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency (outside site) for sudden disasters designated by the country and their areas.

You must meet all of the following requirements at the same time.

  1. There must be a business establishment in Yokohama City.
  2. Have been conducting business in the designated area for at least one year at the time of application.
  3. As a general rule, sales for the last month (* 1) and the next two months, including the next two months, are compared to the same month and synchronous immediately before the impact of the sudden disaster designated by the country (* 2) , Both are expected to decrease by 20% or more.

※1 This is the month before or before the application month.
※2 In the case of COVID-19 infection, in principle, 12 months of "February 31 to January 2002" prior to February 2020, when the impact of COVID-19 began to occur. If you are affected by the new coronavirus infection after February 2020, it will be immediately before the impact.
In the event of a new coronavirus infection, founders who have no track record in the previous year or businesses that have expanded their business, such as an increase in the number of stores since the same period immediately before being affected by the COVID-19 infection may also be eligible for certification due to the relaxation of the operation of the certification standards.

Target person

The following people who have been affected by the novel coronavirus infection and are hindering business stability.

  • Businesses with a work history of 3 months or more and less than 1 year and 1 month
  • Businesses who have difficulty in simply comparing sales in the previous year due to factors such as an increase in stores since the same period immediately before the impact of COVID-19 (previous year, etc.) affected by COVID-19

You can check if you enter required items in the input form of the Operation Mitigation Guide (Excel: 69KB) to see if it meets the requirements for a decrease in sales.

Requirements for decrease in sales

Sales in the last month have decreased by more than 20% compared to the average sales for the last three months, including the last month.
