About development of scenery plan, cityscape consultation district in Yamate-District

◆Landscape planning
Based on the Landscape Act, we will determine policies for the formation of areas and good landscapes, standards for the construction of buildings (landscape formation standards), etc., according to the local landscape formation. ◆Urban landscape consultation district
Based on the regulations (landscape regulations) about creation of attractive cityscape of Yokohama-shi, we established policy to create area and attractive cityscape, guideline (act guideline) of design about act. In district, based on pre-determined policy and action guidelines, company and Yokohama-shi perform creative discussion and aim at creation of high-quality cityscape.
