About contents of "Yokohama-shi scenery plan (draft of change)" and "Yamate-District cityscape discussion district (draft)" and future procedure, we hold briefing session as follows.

Started at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 15, 2018 (opening and reception starts at 6:30 pm)

Room 6 on the 2nd floor of Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall (1-6 Honcho, Naka-ku)

1. JR Keihin Tohoku Line/Negishi Line: 10-minute walk from Kannai Station (South Exit)
2. Municipal Subway Line: 10-minute walk from Kannai Station (Exit 1)
3. Minato Mirai Line: 1 minute walk from Nihon-odori Station (Exit 1)

◆Landscape planning
Based on the Landscape Act, we will determine policies for the formation of areas and good landscapes, standards for the construction of buildings (landscape formation standards), etc., according to the local landscape formation. When we perform construction of building in area, report to Yokohama-shi is necessary.
◆Urban landscape consultation district
Based on the regulations (landscape regulations) about creation of attractive cityscape of Yokohama-shi, we established policy to create area and attractive cityscape, guideline (act guideline) of design about act. In district, based on pre-determined policy and action guidelines, company and Yokohama-shi perform creative discussion and aim at creation of high-quality cityscape.
