Person who can submit public statement proposal book is one having Address in Motoichi or one having interest in the scenery plan concerned. (Including corporations.)

How to submit a public statement form

If you are going to make a public statement at a public hearing scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 20, please fill out and submit required items.
Please fill in the "Public Statement Application Form" with the summary of the opinion to be stated and the Address / name of the applicant, and bring it to the Landscape Adjustment Section or submit it by mail (must arrive during the reception period of 2).
Please note that we do not accept faxes or e-mail.
We distribute paper of "public statement proposal book" in Urban Development Bureau area town development department scenery adjustment section (city hall the sixth floor) and can download from this page.
