In principle, it is necessary to discharge directly to existing public sewers or rivers outside the application area, but if it is difficult, you may go through a private drainage system. In this case, be sure to obtain the consent of the owner of the neighboring land before applying for permission. (Please note that it is not a condition of permission, and the city cannot take responsibility.) 。
