Due to the law (outside site) revision of 2006, when applying for a development permit in the residential land development construction restricted area, it is no longer necessary to apply for a home building permit. At the same time, the procedure for changing the home building permit was stipulated, and it was consistent with the development permit procedure.
In addition, for the change of permission applied before the law revision, it is necessary to apply for change permission.
