6 Submission address and contact information

Regarding consultation-related documents, in addition to the counter, we also accept mail.

Precautions

• The acceptance date of the consultation application documents shall be the day when the road manager has confirmed the documents.
• The procedure may take more days than usual because it includes the period of mailing.
• In some cases, we may not be able to accept applications due to inadequate documents. ※Don't forget to attach a certificate such as a business card that can identify you.

If you would like to receive a consultation form by mail, please submit a reply envelope when submitting the documents.

Precautions

• Please be sure to write your Address and address on the reply envelope.
• The city will bear the shipping fee for reply envelopes. It is not necessary to attach a stamp.

To submit the consultation form, please come to the counter in Reception hours (no prior notification is required). If you come to the agency for specific consultation after the consultation is completed, please contact the person in charge of each ward in advance.
