From submission of consultation to completion of consultation
Flow from submission of consultation to completion of consultation

  • Please submit the consultation form at least 30 days before submission of confirmation application.
  • It takes about one month from the submission of the consultation form to the completion of the consultation (it may take more than one month depending on the content of the consultation and the timing of accepting the consultation), so please submit it with plenty of time.
  • When Yokohama City conducts on-site surveys, if you would like to conduct a survey that matches the survey map submitted with the coordinate system, please consult us when submitting the consultation form.
    Please note that the coordinate system cannot be matched if there is no consultation when submitting the consultation form. Also, please note that even when conducting on-site surveys to match the coordinate system, the coordinates of each point does not completely match due to survey errors.

3. A certificate that can identify you

If you submit a power of attorney, please present the certificate of the power of attorney, and if you have not submitted a power of attorney, please present the applicant's certificate at the counter. In the case of mail, please submit a copy.

・Copy of business cards, employee ID cards, etc. (those that can prove that the person in charge belongs to the corporation)

・Copy of driver's license, copy of employee health insurance insured person's card, copy of my number card (front surface only), etc. ※Address, masking (black) for each item other than name.

4. Guide map of application site

・Please clearly indicate the application place in red so that the application place can be identified, and that it contains a landmark such as a station or park.
・If there is no landmark such as a station or park in the surrounding area, please attach a wide area map.

5. Imappie
(Color printing)
Please attach iMappie so that you can see the road type of application. (Color printing)
Please refer to "How to check maintenance promotion routes" for how to operate iMappie.
6. Current status map, survey map, etc.Please attach a drawing (current status map, survey map, etc.) that shows the scope of application.
7. Agreement of Consent ※1 ※2If the applicant and the land owner are different, please attach it.
8. Copy of sales contractIf you are registered by buying and selling, please attach it. (If there is a copy of the sales contract, a written consent is not required.)
9. Permitted drawing
(Development plan plan)
 Retaining wall layout, etc.)
If you have already received an inspection certificate under the Regulation Law for Residential Land Development, please attach it.

※Please see "Form Download" for the format specified by 1 ordinance.
※2 seal is required.


About after submission of consultation letter

After submitting the consultation, a contractor of Yokohama City will conduct on-site surveys for the consultation on the consultation.
However, surveying may not be performed in the case of retreat maintenance or surveying has been performed.


Based on the results of on-site surveys, etc., determine the road retreat line, and discuss the following contents.
You will be notified of the results of the consultation. (It takes about one month * to complete the discussion. )

  • Thing about area such as retreat site
  • Thing about person carrying out pavement such as retreat sites and management
  • Matters concerning titles such as retreat sites
  • Thing about subsidy pertaining to maintenance act
  • Other matters that the mayor deems necessary

※It may take more than one month depending on the content of the consultation and the timing of accepting the consultation.
